Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation message will be sent to you.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your city and location.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply where available.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including phone number and address.

  • Azarva Essence is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or order returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged, Leaked, or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video (from package opening) is mandatory to process any shipping-related complaint.

Courier Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.

  • Azarva Essence is not liable for delays caused by courier partners after order dispatch.

Order Refusal & Non-Delivery

  • In cases of order refusal or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

  • Repeated refusals may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
